The list of rules for violation of which the Administration has the right to block the account, without paying the earned funds.

• the use of task posting services (active advertising systems) is prohibited;
• it is prohibited to reward or ask site users (publicly on the site or privately) to register on advertisers’ sites, as well as misleading information about the rewards that users can receive by registering on advertisers’ sites;
• it is prohibited to create more than 1 account per user. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts are completely blocked, and the amount from the hold is returned to advertisers' accounts;
• if there is a need to create multiple accounts, this must be agreed upon through the support department;
• it is completely prohibited to independently perform tasks on advertisers’ websites if registration is paid;
• if there is a need to check the accounting (register using your link), then you should inform the support department about this;
• initiate any automatic transitions, impressions and actions to the advertiser's websites;
• mislead the user by declaring any other conditions of action;

Settlements with Publishers

The program has a hold period of 5 days. Applications are automatically created at 00:00 on Monday, if there is a minimum amount on the balance ($30). Payment of such applications is carried out on Thursdays. Early payment is possible, but only if there is a trustworthy relationship with your account. The minimum amount is $30.

Prohibited traffic sources containing content

• potentially or objectively dangerous to visitors, including viruses in any capacity;
• pornographic in nature;
• promoting violence in any form;
• propagandizing discrimination on the basis of age, racial, gender, religious, national, sexual intolerance;
• violating the intellectual property rights of third parties and organizations;

The following products are prohibited from participation

The Administration is not responsible for the actions of Publishers that resulted in a violation of the rights of third parties.

The Administration is not responsible for the content of information posted by Publishers and/or Advertisers

The Administration has the right not to respond to requests, appeals and letters that do not contain the details of the applicant (full name, contact details).

The administration is not responsible for the registration data that was indicated by the Publishers and/or the Advertiser when interacting with the information field of the site.

Users are solely responsible for the use of products purchased through the information field of the site, as well as for the consequences of such use

Dispute Settlement

If information is found on the Site containing intellectual property results belonging to third parties, the copyright holder is obliged to:

• Draw up a claim indicating the factual and regulatory grounds that enable the Administration to remove information from public access.
• Attach proof of the originality of the result of intellectual property to the claim (original copy, other documents confirming the ownership of the copyright object).
• The Administration is not a beneficiary in transactions between Publishers and Advertisers, is not responsible and is not obliged to assist Publishers in organizing the proceedings, and also has the right not to respond to requests from Publishers addressed to them in connection with these circumstances.
